My approach draws on a range of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Interpersonal Therapy (ITP), psychodynamic therapy, narrative therapy, and mindfulness techniques.
