Meet Psychologist Rosie

Hi, I’m Rosie - a registered psychologist at Inner Pathways Psychology. I work with adults and couples who come to therapy for many different reasons, whether they’re navigating emotional difficulties, relationship challenges, life changes, or simply wanting space to better understand themselves. I’m committed to offering therapy that feels respectful, supportive, and genuinely focused on what matters to you.


My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I aim to create a calm and welcoming space where you feel comfortable talking openly about what’s been happening in your life. I place a strong emphasis on listening carefully and working at a pace that feels right for you, so therapy doesn’t feel rushed or overwhelming. Through reflection, curiosity, and practical exploration, we work towards greater clarity, insight, and meaningful change.


Each session is tailored to your individual needs and goals. Some sessions may focus on understanding patterns from the past, while others are more practical, building skills to manage stress, improve communication, or navigate current challenges. I use an integrated, client-centred approach, drawing on therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and trauma-informed care. Together, we focus not only on easing immediate concerns, but on supporting longer-term growth, confidence, and self-understanding.


I’m fully registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and work in line with professional and ethical standards. Over the years, I’ve supported adults from a wide range of backgrounds, working with concerns including anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma, grief, and relationship difficulties.
