Meet Psychologist Rosie

Hi, I’m Rosie - a registered psychologist and the founder of Inner Pathways Psychology. I’m passionate about supporting people through life’s challenges, whether you’re navigating anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, or just feeling stuck. No matter what’s brought you here, therapy offers a safe and supportive space to explore your experiences, gain clarity, and move towards meaningful change.

At Inner Pathways Psychology, I provide individual therapy and couples therapy, working with adults across all stages of life. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and always tailored to your unique situation. Together, we’ll explore your personal story, uncover your strengths, and find practical strategies that support your mental health and wellbeing.

I take the time to truly listen, helping you make sense of how your past experiences, current struggles, and future goals fit together - like pieces of a puzzle. By understanding these connections, we can work towards meaningful growth, greater self-understanding, and positive change.

What You Can Expect From Me

I understand that reaching out for psychological support can feel daunting, especially if it’s your first time seeking therapy. My aim is to create a calm, welcoming space where you feel safe, heard, and respected - whether we’re meeting in person or via Telehealth sessions.

In our sessions, we’ll explore your concerns at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Some sessions might focus on understanding patterns from the past, while others might be more practical - building skills to manage stress, navigate challenges, or improve communication. Therapy is always collaborative - we work together to clarify your goals, explore what’s important to you, and develop strategies that feel meaningful and achievable.

Experience and Professional Background

I’m a fully registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and adhere to the ethical standards of the Australian Psychological Society and Psychologists Registration Board of Victoria. Over the years, I’ve worked with adults from all walks of life, supporting a wide range of complex concerns - including anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma, grief, and relationship challenges.

My practice combines professional expertise with genuine warmth and curiosity. I believe that the most effective psychological therapy happens when clients feel truly seen, understood, and empowered to create positive change.
