Why telehealth might suit you
Access to therapy across Victoria
Access psychology from regional and rural areas, where finding a local psychologist may be difficult.
Therapy from a space that feels comfortable
Attend from home or another private space where you feel comfortable talking openly.
A little more flexibility
Fit appointments around work, family and other commitments, without needing to travel to the clinic.
Can therapy work just as well online?
Research suggests that for many common mental health concerns, therapy delivered by video can be just as effective as in-person sessions.
What matters is having the opportunity to talk openly, feel understood, and work together on what's bringing you to therapy. We can still explore what's happening in your life, make sense of patterns, and work towards changes that feel right for you.

How telehealth works

Video sessions
Sessions are available via Zoom video or phone, depending on what suits your circumstances and the type of session we're having.

Finding a private space
Find somewhere you can talk openly without worrying about being overheard. This might be at home, in a private office, or another quiet space where you feel comfortable.

Getting set up
For video sessions, you'll need a device with a camera and microphone, and a reliable internet connection. I'll provide the details you need to join your session.
Is telehealth right for me?
Telehealth can feel quite different from sitting in a room with your psychologist. Some people appreciate the familiarity of their own surroundings, while others find it easier to connect face to face.
There's no single right way to do therapy. What matters is finding an approach that helps you feel comfortable talking openly and getting the most out of our sessions. If you're unsure, we can talk through your options together.
